Tickets may be purchased through the Fly Gangwon website and mobile site, as well as our Customer Center.
E-tickets
For tickets purchased through the Fly Gangwon website and mobile site, as well as our Customer Center, an e-ticket will be sent to your personal email address.
Print out the e-ticket to present during check-in for quick and convenient seat assignment and issuance of boarding passes.
Depending on local regulations in your country of departure or arrival, you may be required to present your e-ticket at immigration and customs. Be sure to keep a printout of your e-ticket at all times until the end of your journey.

Credit cards issued in Korea and overseas
Korean credit cards and debit cards issued by a Korean bank can be used.
Corporate credit cards must bear the name of the holder. As with personal credit cards,
prior registration through an online authentication program (ISP/Secure Click) is required before use.
Only VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB credit cards
may be used with online authentication.
Online authentication program registration may not be possible for some corporate credit cards. Please contact your credit card company.
Corporate credit cards issued overseas that do not bear the name of the holder cannot be used.

KB Kookmin, BC (Nonghyup, Suhyup, Woori, Jeju, IBK, Jeonbuk, Gwangju Bank, etc.)
Use of a Public Key Certificate is legally required for payments of KRW 300,000 or more.
Different Secure Payment (ISP) and Secure Click credit card authentication procedures may apply depending on the type of credit card you are using (individual liability or corporate liability credit card), as well as credit card company policies. Payments less than KRW 300,000 may also require the use of a Public Key Certificate.

Real time wire transfers
Payment for purchase of tickets may be wired from your bank account in real time. (Separate from phone banking and deposits without passbook)
To use the service, you must first install the BankPay module provided by the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute.
If you are using a mobile device, the Electronic Payment Service application must be installed to use the service.
Bookings for tickets purchased using real-time wire transfers may not be modified through the website or mobile site. Modifications to bookings require that your ticket be refunded and purchased again.
No separate charges will be incurred in the process.

Tickets may be canceled or refunded depending on fare regulations. Different processing procedures may apply depending on the site of purchase. Please contact your purchase location for further details.
