Please check the opening time of the check-in counter and arrive at the airport.
The counter and departure gate may be congested when the check-in counter is close.
Step 1.Arrive at AirportDomestic flights: Arrive at airport 40 minutes prior to departure
International flights: Arrive at airport 2 hours prior to departure
Passengers who arrive at the airport after check-in has closed may not be permitted to board. To allow ample time for check-in, we recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Passengers who are required to file customs/armed service/quarantine declarations prior to departure should do so with the relevant agencies.
Airport Counter GuidanceMilitary service declaration
If you are bringing any valuables or luxury items back with you from your trip, they must be declared to customs at the Departure Customs Desk prior to departure. Passengers exiting the country with more than USD 10,000 in cash are also required to file a customs declaration.
Men subject to Korean military conscription who wish to travel abroad must receive a foreign travel permit from South Korea’s Military Manpower Administration, and present such foreign travel permit to immigration.
Some destination countries will require the submission of quarantine certificates; please check.

· Passengers and carry-on items are subjected to a security screening to ensure passenger and aircraft safety.

· Passengers must ensure that they are holding a valid passport, with a valid entry visa for their country of arrival or transfer.
· No ATMs will be installed airside beyond immigration (as per the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act). Please withdraw cash and complete all other preparations for travel prior to passing through immigration.
Boarding for international flights will begin at 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure, and close 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring an on-time departure.
Boarding for domestic flights will begin at 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and close 10minutes prior to the scheduled departure. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring an on-time departure.
