Seats that have been purchased in advance cannot be changed. Please receive a refund and re-purchase by two days prior to departure.

Passengers who have completed online check-in can view or change seat assignments, or re-print their online Boarding Pass.

Please be aware that online Boarding Pass re-printing is only available within 1 hour and 30 minutes from departure.

Online check-in is not available for identification if you are over 13 to under 20 years of age, or if you are on board with infants/children, or if your status is discounted. Only on-site check-in is available.
